A Growth Mindset , is a  passionate  practice teaching traditional yoga through music and play as a means to enhance emotional well-being. My back ground is derived from School based Occupational Therapy and Kidding around Yoga Frame work. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children can learn to cultivate inner peace and emotional resilience through the practice of yoga.

In my group classes, I provide a connection of mindful activities while exploring the transformative power of yoga on emotional well-being. My classes provide a safe space for children to grow and learn together practicing kindness and empathy with each other and at home.  Guiding them and empowering  their journey towards emotional wellness.

Teaching empathy to children through mindful practice is essential for their emotional development. By incorporating mindfulness activities, such as deep breathing and reflective listening, children can learn to recognize and understand the feelings of others. Engaging in group discussions and role-playing scenarios can further enhance their ability to empathize. Ultimately, these practices foster a compassionate and supportive environment for children to thrive.
